Write what your agent may do in the language you already use.

Review the scope, budget, and expiry. You choose whether to sign.

The agent stays inside that permission and leaves a signed receipt behind.
A permission slip says exactly what is allowed, how much may be spent, and when it stops.
Revoke it when the task changes. New actions stop at the boundary you set.
Every outcome is a receipt that can be checked independently, without trusting a dashboard.
The wallet stays: agents still pay from it within the limits you set.
Around it sit limits you set and your software can only read: a per-payment ceiling, hourly and daily spending limits, a list of saved recipients, and a freeze.
Most agent-payment plumbing, including x402 — the protocol AWS, Cloudflare, Circle, and Coinbase now share — leaves the approval decision out of scope. The wallet is supposed to decide whether a payment may go out at all. That check is what Tiba runs, before any signature.
A real example
Check 1 (the delivery note) saw invoice WO-SOL-2, 999.999999 USDC. Check 2 (your own records) saw invoice WO-SOL-2, 0.01 USDC. They disagreed, so Tiba refused.
